About Jodi
✨ Hi, I’m Jodi Hoyt — a Virtual Assistant and communications professional who loves helping small businesses and organizations simplify their content, technology, and day-to-day operations.
I’ve always been the person people call when they need something organized, streamlined, or set up “the right way.” Whether it’s building websites, scheduling content, troubleshooting tech, or designing materials, I enjoy making things work seamlessly so others can focus on what they do best.
With a background in communication and technology leadership — and an MBA in management and leadership — I bring both creativity and strategy to every project. For the past several years, I’ve directed communication and technology at a large church, leading everything from digital media and websites to print, video, podcasts, and livestreams. That role honed my skills in managing platforms, systems, and content in ways that truly engage communities.
Outside of work, life is full and joyful. I live in Baltic, South Dakota, with my husband, Nathan, our two boys, and two rescue dogs (we’re foster parents for pups through Almost Home Canine Rescue). When I’m not tackling tech projects, you can find me golfing, biking, or cheering loudly during football season (SKOL, Vikings 💜).
